The following rates are valid through November 2010: (all prices are US dollars):

Campi ya Kanzi tented cottages:
 - $595 per person per night, double occupancy
 - $700 per night, single occupancy
 - $300 per night, child in third bed (under 12 years old)

Campi ya Kanzi suites, featuring wide veranda with a great view, king size bed, changing room, double sink:
 - $800 per person per night, double occupancy
 - $900 per night, single occupancy
 - $400 per night, child in third bed (under 12 years old)

In addition, whichever accommodation you choose, there is a $100 per person, per day conservation fee. This money is paid to Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust to help the Maasai community and to preserve their wildlife heritage.

Kanzi House: with room for up to 10 guests, this is one of the very few private safaris villas that you can rent in Kenya.

At Campi ya Kanzi: minimum 2 guests, staying 7 nights, discounted rate in luxury cottagee is $415, in suite is $560, per person per day. Add $100 conservation fee per person per day. Non-refundable purchase.

At Kanzi house: minimum 7 nights, discounted rate is $5,000 per day for the all Kanzi house, add $200 conservation fee per person per day. Non-refundable purchase.

Voluntourism

Volunteers (see here the voluntourism program) will be accommodated at MWCT Conservation and Research Centre, at Nyati Camp.
- $100 per person per day

$100 conservation fee is not compulsory for volunteers, but certainly highly appreciated.

Should a volunteer like to enjoy safari activities, he/she will need to be accommodated at Campi ya Kanzi, receiving a 15% discount on current rates.

Booking and cancellation policy.
Confirmation: to hold space for you we require a 30% deposit, 10% deposit not refundable. Balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: from 90 to 30 days prior to arrival 30%, after 30 days 100%. Late booking surcharge: For guest who arrive in the am and depart in the pm, a surcharge of $200 of the per person night rate is charged plus an extra days conservation fees.
